We advertise rental homes on our website as well as with Craigslist, Zillow, For Rent, and other online and media methods so that we reach target markets with accurate, helpful information that generate good tenant calls. We process our background checks centrally and make sure that the communities we serve are filled with qualified tenants. We do the move-ins, move-outs, and showings. We inspect the rental homes on a random basis because of our frequent travels all through the region, but also on a regular basis with spring and fall maintenance inspections where we monitor tenant cleanliness, lease violations, weatherization needs (winter vent plugs, etc.) or damages. We bid out regularly occurring work such as roof and gutter cleanings, etc. to obtain bulk pricing to benefit all of our owners and to better serve tenant and property needs. We provide monthly financial reports to our owners via e-mail or regular mail and we maintain separate client trust accounts for each owner so that your data and money is not commingled with that of other property owners’. And, yes, we maintain an after hours’ phone number that allows 24 hour / 365 days a year response service for emergency tenant needs so you don’t have to worry as an owner.
